These terms govern your use of 5alsana, a task marketplace operating in Egypt. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
What 5alsana is
5alsana connects clients who need a task done with taskers who do it. We are a platform. We are not a party to the agreement between a client and a tasker, and we do not perform the tasks ourselves.
Accounts
You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be 18 or older to use 5alsana.
Posting and accepting tasks
Clients describe the task and set a budget. Taskers send offers. When a client accepts an offer, the agreed price is charged and held in escrow before work starts. Tasks are one-time jobs, not recurring contracts.
Payments and fees
Payments are processed by Paymob in Egyptian pounds (EGP). 5alsana charges a service fee on each task, shown before the client pays. The fee covers running the platform and is non-refundable once a task is completed.
Conduct
No fraud, harassment, illegal work, or attempts to move payment off-platform. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
Liability
5alsana is provided as is. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of tasks performed by users. Disputes between clients and taskers are handled as described in the Refund & Escrow Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
