This policy explains what data 5alsana collects and how we use it.
What we collect
Account details (name, email or phone, city), task details you post or accept, messages sent through the platform, payment references from Paymob, and basic usage data such as device and pages viewed.
How we use it
To run the marketplace: matching clients and taskers, processing escrow payments, sending notifications and receipts, handling support, and preventing fraud.
Who we share it with
Service providers that make 5alsana work: Paymob (payments), Resend (email), and analytics/error tools. We do not sell your data. We may disclose data if required by Egyptian law.
Payment data
Card details are entered on Paymob's hosted checkout. 5alsana never sees or stores your full card number.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your account data by emailing noreply@falakeg.com. Some records are kept where the law requires.
Retention
We keep account and task data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and accounting obligations.
