If you need something done
Post the task
Say what you need, where, and what you'll pay. Only verified people can post, so helpers know you're real.
Pick a helper
Verified helpers send offers with a price. Chat with them in the app, then accept the one you trust.
Pay into escrow
You pay the task price plus a 10% service fee. The money is held by 5alsana, not sent to the helper yet.
Confirm and release
When the job is done, both of you mark it done and the helper gets the full task price. If something is wrong, report a problem and we step in.
If you want to earn
Verify once
Confirm your email, then your national ID and a selfie. It takes a few minutes and you only do it once.
Add your payout wallet
Vodafone Cash, InstaPay or a bank account. This is where your money lands, so add it before your first offer.
Send offers
Browse open tasks near you and name your price. Keep the conversation in the app until you're paid.
Do the work, get paid
Once the client pays into escrow you see their contact details and address. Mark the job done when you finish. The client confirms, or it releases on its own after 72 hours.
The rules
- The fee
- Clients pay a 10% service fee on top of the task price. Helpers receive the full task price with nothing deducted.
- Escrow
- Money sits with 5alsana from the moment the client pays until the job is confirmed done. Nobody is paid early and nobody works unpaid.
- Up to 3 jobs at a time
- A helper can hold 3 active jobs. Finish one to take another. This keeps every job attended to.
- 72-hour auto-release
- When a helper marks a job done and the client stays silent, the payment releases by itself after 72 hours. Reporting a problem pauses this.
- Problems and disputes
- Clients can report a problem on any job in progress. The payment freezes and the 5alsana team reviews it with both sides.
- Contact details stay in the app
- Phone numbers and addresses are shared only after the client pays. Chat that tries to move off-platform before that is blocked, for both sides' safety.
- Women-only tasks
- Women can mark a task as women-only. Only verified women can see the offer button on it.
- One-off tasks only
- 5alsana is for single jobs, not recurring employment. Post a new task each time you need help.
